U14 - U18 premiership teams don not need to attend the scheduling meeting

It is mandatory for all teams to be represented at this meeting. Teams are not permitted to show up to pickup schedules and leave. Teams should remain to the end of the schedule meeting. Teams requesting schedule changes should come prepared with alternate dates and times for changes. It is suggested that clubs with multi teams and field assignments attend every meeting so changes can be accommodated.

Fines for teams that do not show or do not stay for the entire meeting will be $100 per team.

forfeit and fines will be levied. Fall rankings will be determined by these
