Adding Locations in Bonzi

Login to your Bonzi Portal.


Click on the Locations Tab

Create New Location
If you created your Field Locations before, you can still use those locations.

You can use Multiple Fields in a single Location.
Click Multiple Fields / Courts, add each field with specific name.


Adding Times in Bonzi

Login to your Bonzi Portal.


Click on the League Tab


Open Collaborative Schedule
Pick the Division Folder you wish to work with.

Filter by selecting Home or Visitor, Location, Age, Dates, etc. Apply Filters.


You can change your home:
* Dates.
* Times.
* Locations.

  • You can email your opponent by clicking on the envelope to the right of the opponents team name.
  • After changes are made, Click submit changes, if the submit button is not active no changes have been made.
  • Note: When changing times, click out of the time field for the SUBMIT CHANGE GAMES to be activated.

This changes are only possible thru our open scheduling time period. Two weeks prior to scheduling meeting and two weeks after scheduling meeting.

Schedule changes can be made up until 5 days (72 hours) prior to the start of the game. Any changes necessary within 5 days of game time will need to be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. Viewing Invoices

In order to view your Club’s financial invoices in Bonzi you will need “User” Admin access. If you do not have that level of access, please contact your Club Rep and ask them to provide you with a User account.
Your club’s team fees and player fees in the NISL are listed under two separate tabs in Bonzi which are both in the Upper Left-hand corner of your screen.


Team Fees:

Your team fees are located under the “Leagues” tab here:



The team fees are located under their “Playing Year” and then in separate folders according to the level of the league the teams are registered in:

(You will have to click each folder individually to view each balance)


Player Fees:

Your club’s Player Fees are added into your account when we print their player passes.
You can view your Player Fees under the “Club Fees” tab:


You can also view the specific players you are being invoiced for by clicking under the “Participant Fees” column for each Age Group.


Paying Fees:

Under each tab you can also pay your fees by credit card, or print out a paper waiver that you can mail out with a check payment into our office.

Team Fees:

The “Leagues” tab will have a both options clearly visible to pay your Team Fees under the Total for each level of the league:


Club Fees:

The “Club Fees” tab has both options at the bottom of your invoice:

Here is a quick guide on how to enter your game scores into Bonzi.
After your game, both the Home and Away team have the ability to enter a score. The score can only be submitted once, if you notice any incorrect scores email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and he will be able to make any corrections.


You can enter your score into the exact same place that you generated your Game Day Roster:
ENTERING IN SCORES ON COACH & TM SITE

1. Log into your club’s Bonzi portal ( yourclubname.bonzidev.com ) by using the “Member Login” link in the upper right-hand corner.


2. After you are signed in, click on the “View Team Assignments” button.


3. Click on the “Coach Schedule Page” button.


4. Click on “Score Entry” button for the specific game.


5. Enter the goals by either typing them in or using the up and down arrows in the “Goals” box. Make sure to click the “Submit Scorecard” button when you are finished.
(( Be careful, you can also submit scores for individual players by clicking the “Enable roster reporting” box indicated by the blue arrow, but it will clear out what was entered previously ))

Here is a quick guide on how to Print Game Day Rosters in Bonzi.


Printing Game Cards for Coaches / TM’s:

1. Direct your coaches to your .com Bonzi URL in order to log-in to a simplified version of Bonzi
( EX: yourclubname.bonzidev.com )


2. Have them click “Member Login” in the upper right-hand corner


3. After they enter their Email Address and Password that they used to Register, they will be brought to their Bonzi Coach page.They just need to click “View Team Assignments”.


4. They will see all of the teams that they are assigned to. To print the roster they click on the “Coach Schedule Page: Game Day Rosters” button on the right.


5. There will be "Game Day Roster" buttons next to each game. they click that button for the game they would like to print, checkmark the players that they would like to add on the roster, and click the "Create game Day Roster" button.

Here is a quick guide on how to move existing player registration into the new season in Bonzi.


Copy Player Function
(Registering players that are already in Bonzi from a previous season)


In order to make player registration as easy as possible for our members, the NISL has collaborated with Bonzi on a new “Copy Player” function that will allow you to move any previously registered players into the next season quickly and easily.
Any players moved will also carry over their Pass Photos and Age Verification so you don’t have to worry about collecting all of those documents again.


1. First, click on the registration folder for the “2017-18” season:


2. On the right side of the screen, click on the “Registrants” tab:


3. Click on the “Copy Player” button:


4. Simply choose the previous season and age group you’re moving players from, and then select the age group you’re moving those players to, then click “Next”:


5. Checkmark all the players that you would like to register and click the “Copy Players” button to finish:
 

You’re all done! You will see the following message to confirm that you are finished:

NISL 2017-2018 REGISTRATION

TEAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2017-2018

All of the NISL Registration in Bonzi for the upcoming playing year will be through the folder in your account labeled "2017-18 Season" (this includes Girls participating in the Boys league).
If you have Girls teams/players that you are registering into the new female exclusive NIWSL, those need to be registered in the folder labeled "2016-17 Season: Girls".
The folders are "opened" using the little white triangle icons to the left of each folder.

To register your team:
• Click on the blue Age Group folder that your team will be participating in then click the "Add Team" button.
• Once all of the Team Info is entered/selected, click the "Create" button.
• Open the Age Group folder for the team that you have just created and click on the Team Name (it will highlight yellow).
• On the right side "Dashboard," scroll down and click on the "Register for a league or tournament" button.
• Select the level of the league you would like to register for and click through all of the rest of the steps of the registration process.
• As soon as you see your receipt, your team will be all registered for the next season.
You can always see where your team is registered in the "Leagues & Tournament" box located on your Team's Settings page (it will be located underneath the "Register for a league or tournament" button).

Step 1
First we need to “Create” your team in Bonzi.

  • All registration for the league will be through the folder with the most recent playing year.

  • Open the folder by clicking on the little white triangle to the left of the folder. Continue opening the folders until you see the blue “Age Group” folders.
  • Click on the “Age Group” folder for the type of team you would like to Create (it will highlight yellow):

!! PLEASE DO NOT DELETE OR ALTER THE NAMES OF THESE FOLDERS !!


Step 2
Click on the “Add Team” button at the top of the page:


Step 3
On the Right-Side of your screen, fill out your Team Name and select the appropriate Gender, Program Type, Age Group for the team and click the “Create” button:

  • Please include your Club Name and Age Group in the name of your team. It will be extremely helpful in identifying your team throughout the season.

 

Step 4
Now that your Team has been created, it needs to be registered into the NISL.

  • Open the Age Group folder for the team and click on the “Team Name” icon (it will highlight yellow):


Step 5
On the Right-Side of the screen, click on the “Register for a League or Tournament” button:


Step 6
((For the rest of this process it is highly recommended that you use the “Google Chrome” web browser))

  • On the left, click on the level of the league that you would like to register your team in, and click the “Register Now” button:


Step 7
Choose your Age Category and click “Next” :


Step 8
Fill out all of the Required Fields and click “Next” (Please make sure all of the info is accurate):


Step 9
You do not need to set up a roster yet, so click “Next” again:

  • (( If you have players with Orange Warning Signs next to their name, just click “Edit” and select the “Trash Can” icons for each player to proceed to the next step ))

Step 10
It will confirm the Team Name, Age Group, and Price of your Registration. Click “Next”:


Step 11
One last page will inform you to make checks payable to “Northern Illinois Soccer League”. Again, click “Next”.


 

Ok, you should see your receipt and you are all done registering your team.

If at any time you would like to confirm where your team is placed, it will be under the same “Leagues & Tournaments” box where you clicked on the “Register for a League or Tournament” button.
