In order to view your Club’s financial invoices in Bonzi you will need “User” Admin access. If you do not have that level of access, please contact your Club Rep and ask them to provide you with a User account.
Your club’s team fees and player fees in the NISL are listed under two separate tabs in Bonzi which are both in the Upper Left-hand corner of your screen.
Your team fees are located under the “Leagues” tab here:
The team fees are located under their “Playing Year” and then in separate folders according to the level of the league the teams are registered in:
(You will have to click each folder individually to view each balance)
Player Fees:
Your club’s Player Fees are added into your account when we print their player passes.
You can view your Player Fees under the “Club Fees” tab:
You can also view the specific players you are being invoiced for by clicking under the “Participant Fees” column for each Age Group.
Under each tab you can also pay your fees by credit card, or print out a paper waiver that you can mail out with a check payment into our office.
The “Leagues” tab will have a both options clearly visible to pay your Team Fees under the Total for each level of the league:
The “Club Fees” tab has both options at the bottom of your invoice:
1. Log into your club’s Bonzi portal ( yourclubname.bonzidev.com ) by using the “Member Login” link in the upper right-hand corner.
2. After you are signed in, click on the “View Team Assignments” button.
3. Click on the “Coach Schedule Page” button.
4. Click on “Score Entry” button for the specific game.
5. Enter the goals by either typing them in or using the up and down arrows in the “Goals” box. Make sure to click the “Submit Scorecard” button when you are finished.
(( Be careful, you can also submit scores for individual players by clicking the “Enable roster reporting” box indicated by the blue arrow, but it will clear out what was entered previously ))
1. Direct your coaches to your .com Bonzi URL in order to log-in to a simplified version of Bonzi
( EX: yourclubname.bonzidev.com )
2. Have them click “Member Login” in the upper right-hand corner
3. After they enter their Email Address and Password that they used to Register, they will be brought to their Bonzi Coach page.They just need to click “View Team Assignments”.
4. They will see all of the teams that they are assigned to. To print the roster they click on the “Coach Schedule Page: Game Day Rosters” button on the right.
5. There will be "Game Day Roster" buttons next to each game. they click that button for the game they would like to print, checkmark the players that they would like to add on the roster, and click the "Create game Day Roster" button.
In order to make player registration as easy as possible for our members, the NISL has collaborated with Bonzi on a new “Copy Player” function that will allow you to move any previously registered players into the next season quickly and easily.
Any players moved will also carry over their Pass Photos and Age Verification so you don’t have to worry about collecting all of those documents again.
1. First, click on the registration folder for the “2017-18” season:
2. On the right side of the screen, click on the “Registrants” tab:
3. Click on the “Copy Player” button:
All of the NISL Registration in Bonzi for the upcoming playing year will be through the folder in your account labeled "2019-2020 Season" (this includes Girls participating in the Boys league).
If you have Girls teams/players that you are registering into the new female exclusive NIWSL, those need to be registered in the folder labeled "2019-2020 Season: Girls".
The folders are "opened" using the little white triangle icons to the left of each folder.
To register your team:
• Click on the blue Age Group folder that your team will be participating in then click the "Add Team" button.
• Once all of the Team Info is entered/selected, click the "Create" button.
• Open the Age Group folder for the team that you have just created and click on the Team Name (it will highlight yellow).
• On the right side "Dashboard," scroll down and click on the "Register for a league or tournament" button.
• Select the level of the league you would like to register for and click through all of the rest of the steps of the registration process.
• As soon as you see your receipt, your team will be all registered for the next season.
You can always see where your team is registered in the "Leagues & Tournament" box located on your Team's Settings page (it will be located underneath the "Register for a league or tournament" button).

Ok, you should see your receipt and you are all done registering your team.
If at any time you would like to confirm where your team is placed, it will be under the same “Leagues & Tournaments” box where you clicked on the “Register for a League or Tournament” button.
