NISL Referee Guidelines
Referees will receive pay if they are present at the field and the following occur:
-
no-show by team.
-
abandoned game.
-
weather/unplayable field.
**Clubs that arrange payments to be made on the field must pay referees prior to match start.
Recommended Referee Fees
Assignor Fee Per Game $ 13.00
Center Referee U08 $ 45.00
Center Referee U09 & U10 $ 50.00
Center Referee U11 & U12 $ 55.00
Center Referee U13 & U14 $ 65.00
Center Referee U15 - U19 $ 71.00
Score reporting is the responsibility of the clubs.
Referees do not have to report scores to the NISL/GotSport to get paid.
Incidents that occur related to game or game day experience are to be reported to the league via the following link: Incident Report
If the league gets a major report from a referee directly, the league will be notifying the assignor, and both sets of coaches to submit a game report.
Reportable incidents include but are not limited to the following:
Coach, Player, or Spectator behavior
Goal size
Field markings and dimensions
Facility quality
ASSIGNOR Locations
Certified Assignors are the crucial link between games that need referees assigned,
and referees who want to be assigned to games.
Moving forward any NEW Assignor needs to have a license.
